Grosgrain is 100% polyester and can be washed in the event that it becomes soiled. If you choose to wash your TTB hairbow, HAND WASH in COLD WATER with MILD SOAP , RESHAPE, and AIR DRY. If you would like your hairbow to regain some of its' original stiffness, I recommed using Aleene's Stiffen Quick that can be found at any craft store. Lightly spray your TTB hairbow and allow to dry for a couple of hours prior to wear

All orders shipped to a California address will be charged 7.375% in sales tax.

All hair accessories are packaged in a sturdy box wrapped in tissue paper. All of the items at Twinkle Toes Bows are handmade, therefore please allow at least two weeks for your order to be processed and completed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your item(s) have been shipped. If for some reason there is a delay in your shipments turnaround time, you will be contacted via email, so please make sure you provide this information. If your require that your item be created under a different time frame than that mention above, please contact TTB and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Most packages will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. However, tracking is not always available for packages being shipped to: PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO addresses. In addition, please allow 2-5 days for delivery once your package has been shipped. If shipping Internationaly, keep in mind that your shipment will require an additional amount of time, which TTB can not guarantee an exact date of delivery. In addition, if your item is being shipped Internationally, it is TTB's recommendation that you purchase Shipping Insurance. TTB will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Twinkle Toes Bows will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If you wish to have insurance on your package, please add it to your cart before checking out. TTB highly recommends Insuring packages, especially if shipping Internationally!

Due to the nature of the products offered at TTB, all Hair Bows, Headbands, clippies, and in general all Hair Accessories are non-refundable. For hygiene purposes, it is in the best interest of all parties to not accept hair accessory returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Hair Accessories.
